We offer several choices using UPS for domestic orders and
FedEx for international Orders. The rate will depend on the
weight, bulk and destination of the order, as well as the
service (Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day) you request. If your
order is domestic, the shipping cost will be automatically
calculated when you complete your order. For international
orders, the rate will be calculated manually by our office
staff and emailed to you for approval. All orders are
processed on the same day they are received (during hours of
operation) and shipped within 1 business day. If there is a
back order on any product you will be notified via
email. Items that require refrigeration are only shipped
Monday-Wednesday or Monday-Thursday for next day air
orders, in order to avoid spoilage over the weekend.
Please take into consideration that the shipping department
is closed on weekends and national holidays, when deciding
which shipping service to use. For Example, if ordering on a
Thursday or Friday it would not be beneficial to use 2nd Day
air as the products will not arrive until after the weekend.
Also, U.P.S. does not deliver on weekends and the day the
package is picked up does not count as one of the shipping
days. If you are in Florida, you do not need to choose Next
Day or 2nd Day air because since we are also in Florida,
most packages arrive within 1 to 2 days of ordering via
Ground anyway.

Florida Genetic Inc. within 72 hours of receiving:
UPS:800-742-5877, FedEx:800-Go-FEDEX. and Florida Genetic
Inc. 305-228-8827.
Incomplete/Incorrect
orders must be reported to Florida Genetic Inc.
at
sales@floridagenetic.com or 305-228-8827 within 48 hours
of delivery.
